Rosie Hips is our Store’s Gnome and is pretty special: A pretty face that’s great for your joints.
Technically a fruit, rose hips are the small seed bulbs that form after a rose blooms, fades and the petals drop off. Rose hips have the tartness of its apple and crab apple families. Almost all roses create rose hips.
They are a superfood and packed with vitamin C, plus vitamins A and E, calcium, potassium, magnesium and some powerful antioxidants, according to the USDA. Rose hips have been clinically proven to improve osteoarthritis symptoms, and joint mobility associated with arthritis.
